Quang Noodles with Frog

Originated from Quang Nam Province in Central Vietnam, Quang Noodles is a traditional Vietnamese noodle dish that. The noodles are served on various occasions such as at family parties, death anniversaries, and Tet festival – the biggest festival of the country. In Central Vietnam, Quang Noodles are very popular and nationally recognized food items. It has become more and more popular in other regions of the country.
