Floating markets in Vinh Long
In the Tra On District of the province of Vinh Long in the Mekong Delta, there is one floating market. At the Tra On floating market, there are a lot of boats that sell things. Most of them sell fruit from the nearby fruit orchards. It’s amazing to see how things are moved from one boat to another and then sent to markets as far away as Ho Chi Minh City.
Even though it’s not in Vinh Lonh province, the Cai Be Floating Market is closer to the provincial capital, Ving Long, than the Tra On Floating Market. Van Thanh Mieu Pagoda
The Temple of Literature is another name for the Van Thanh Mieu Pagoda. Don’t mix it with the famous Temple of Literature in Hanoi.
