How many days to spend in Phu Quoc?

In fact, many expats love to stay in Phu Quoc for months, just enjoy the beach, have fun at bars and restaurants. International tourists usually spend 3 days 2 nights on the island. Some of them spend 4 or 5 days to visit as many tourist attractions as possible and explore the island city to its fullest. If you do not have enough time, you can spend 2 days 1 night on the island. I always recommend my customers to stay longer in Phu Quoc.

Phu Quoc is not too large but there are dozens of places to visit and activities to do. Wonderful beaches are everywhere so that tourists do not have enough time to visit all of them. In case you are a beach lover, you can choose to stay at a resort for some days.

In Northern Phu Quoc, you can entertain at Phu Quoc United Center developed by Vingroup, enjoy yourself at Truong Beach, Ganh Dau Cape. When should I visit Phu Quoc?

It is recommended to travel Phu Quoc in the dry season which starts from late October to April. You are free to enjoy the beach, explore the land, and small islands around Phu Quoc Island. If you can only arrange to be in Phu Quoc in the rain season, it is not a big problem. It does not rain all the days, it may rain and stop raining continueously.

How to get to Phu Quoc and get around the island?

You can book a flight ticket, ferry or speedboat ticket to reach Phu Quoc. They provide flights from Can Tho Airport (Can Tho City), Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), and other airports in Vietnam. You can take a ferry or speedboat in Ha Tien Province or Rach Gia Province. Many tourists visit Phu Quoc on their multiday trip to Mekong Delta in Vietnam and Indochina.

In Phu Quoc, you can book taxis or rent a motorbike to go around. It is more expensive but safer and more comfortable to rent a private car. You can also rent a boat to explore the small island or go fishing.
