- Try to be a real Vietnamese farmer by working in the gardens with a Vietnamese conical hat, hold scissors and a basket in your hand in order to collect vegetables, mushroom, spices, herbs which are used in the cooking class later

Walk in the big rubber tree forest and understand how local people collect the latex from the trees
