Description of Hanoi Cycling Tour City & Countryside Full Day
This tour starts at 8:00 AM, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and then transfer you to our bicycle store so that you get the most suitable bike for yourself.
First, we will pass through Long Bien Bridge, one of the oldest bridges that were built by the French in 1898. Our tour will stop over in the middle of the bridge so that we can learn about the history and see the beautiful Red River. At the bridge, we can see vast vegetable farms and fruit farms on the island and see the local people working at the farm.
Our tour will continue riding out of part of the city to discover the Red River Delta countryside where we will cycle past small trail roads and small villages. Here we will have the chance to know more about the local life, and you will have the chance to stop at the village to visit a family where you can learn more about how the local people live.
We will then continue the tour cycling past the most beautiful paths of the Red River Delta, we can see the vast rice paddies. we will bike past small roads in the middle of the ride paddies where you have a chance to take pictures and see how the local people work.
We will then cycle to visit a local market, cycle through rural way to visit Co Loa Ancient Citadel, which was built back in 275 BC, where you can learn a lot about the history of Vietnam. After visiting Co Loa, we continue cycling toward a fruit farm where you can enjoy the tropical fruits and can see how the farmers live. Here you also have an opportunity to chat and ask many questions about their life. we will then have lunch at a local family in the village and return to Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will start cycling to visit Hanoi City, we will take you around all the amazing must-see landmarks of Hanoi. And then we will be away from the busy streets, our tour
will take you to see the Opera house, Long Bien bridge, Ceramic Road, part of the West Lake, cycle past small alleyways, narrow back streets, visit a temple, the famous B52 Lake, and ride past the 1000 years ancient citadel.
