Itinerary for Hoi An Vespa Night Street Food Tour
Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel, then introduce the safe way of riding a motorbike. we will start heading out and stop at a point for sightseeing and taking photos of the sunset, and then take you for delicious food.
The first stop will be the famous Madam Phuong banh mi (Vietnamese bread) shop, which is the most famous one in Hoi An.
Next, Vespa will take you to the Hoi An Central Market on the bank of the Thu Bon River. Here, you will enjoy Cao Lau noodles, a specialty of Hoi An.
After that, we will go through a small alley and stop at a local business house and learn what the real life of locals looks like. Here we will enjoy a Vietnamese traditional cake, banh beo – a popular snack of Hoi An people. You will have a chance to talk and take photos with the owner of the shop.
Afterward, our tour guide and Vespa team will take you to the oldest pagoda in Hoi An, which few tourists know about, then take a lovely trip through the countryside and see farmers working in the rice fields under the sun.
After stopping at the rice fields, we will continue our trip and taste banh khot, a round pancake made of rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, shrimp, and vegetables, at a famous street vendor near Hoai Square.
Next, you will take the food challenge: Balut (a fertilized duck egg boiled and eaten in the shell while still warm served as a delicacy in parts of Southeast Asia.), one of the Top 10 weird foods in the world.
After that, we will ride to a local restaurant by the river to sample a special dinner with local food.
Around 9:30, we will take you back to your hotel.
