Itinerary

At 8:00 AM, you will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to the harbor to take a romantic dragon boat tour on the emerald green Perfume River to reach Thien Mu Pagoda. The perfectly flat surface of water, beautiful sights on two banks of the river and the fresh air make your trip relaxing and refreshing. This will be a great start for your full day journey with us.

After 30 minutes, you will reach Thien Mu Pagoda – one of the oldest pagoda in Hue City, with beautiful architecture and many mysterious stories.

At 9:30 AM, we will visit The Citadel – Hue Imperial City which is known as home to Nguyen Dynasty – the last royal dynasty of Vietnam. A complex of thick and high walls, lakes, palaces, and gardens will be great things to see. Get lost in the citadel and open your mind!

Next, we will head to Dong Ba Market – the busiest market in Hue where you can see how locals sell and buy various kinds of foods and goods. Souvenirs, clothes, fashion accessories are abundant at the market and you can buy them at a good price with the help of our smart and experienced tour guide.

At 12:00 PM, you will enjoy your lunch with Vietnamese, Asian, and Western foods at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will spend time taking a rest before continuing the day trip.

Our next stops will be royal tombs.

At 1:30 PM, we will reach Khai Dinh Tomb – the most famous royal tomb thanks to its great location on a hill and the blend of Eastern, Vietnamese, and Western architecture.

At 3:00 PM, you will visit Minh Mang Tomb – one of the largest royal tombs in Hue. The beautiful buildings were built in Vietnamese traditional style, the garden is nice, with green lakes and lots of old trees.
