The program will begin with a visit to Vinh long market in the town. This is the right choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables…

Mekong Travel boat will transport you downstream on the Mekong River seeing many floating cages for farming fish. Then, the first stop will be to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, pop-rice, and coconut candy,… Enjoying some sweets with a cup of hot tea.

The rowing boat will transport you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy a peaceful time. Then, we will stroll to visit the orchard & traditional house of Ut Trinh family. Here, we will sample some kinds of fruit and tea. The optional lunch will be served at this local house.

Biking can be made for fun! It will be so wonderful to do cycling on village paths to see the daily life of the rural people: orchard, church, pagoda, school, traditional houses… On the way back to Vinh Long City, we will have one more stop to visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay.
