Pho Quynh Restaurant

Pho Quynh Restaurant is housed in a modern 5-story building with yellow aluminum and glass facade. A glass and stainless steel food counter containing bowls, toppings, noodles is put in front of the restaurant to attract customers. The building is decorated with artificial grass and hanging pots of flowers.

The restaurant is furnished with stainless steel tables and stools. Some customers prefer to eat on the ground floor and even on the pavement in order to enjoy the fresh air and look over the busy Pham Ngu Lao Street. The others prefer to sit on the upper floors with air conditioners.

At night, Pho Quynh is illuminated with lanterns, lighting signboards and a system of ceiling lights.

Menu and Prices

Pho Quynh Restaurant serves not only Pho beef noodle soups – its signature dishes but also Stewed beef, Chicken noodle soups and lots of drinks. Customers can choose any combination of rare beef, beef balls, beef brisket, beef tendon. Prices of Beef noodle soup range between VND 74,000 and 84,000. Vietnamese beef stew with noodles or bread costs VND 74,000. Pho noodle/Cellophane rice noodle soup with chicken also costs VND 74,000.

Customers can order beef blood, uncooked eggs to eat with Pho noodle soups. Besides fresh juices, soft drinks and beers, the restaurant serves soy milk and coconut water.

Pho Beef Noodle Soup

Most of the customers order Pho beef noodle soup at Pho Quynh Restaurant. A Pho bowl consists of a little tender, sticky and chewy Pho noodles, onions and a combination of beef brisket, rare beef brisket, beef tendon, beef balls. Diners can add bean sprouts, herbs, soybean paste, sautee, fish sauce, chili slices, lime juice, chili paste, pickled garlic to the bowl at their wishes.
