Cow cake with palm sugar

Recipe of Cow cake with palm sugar is not easy. The cook should be so experienced and skillful that she can make a nice-looking and sweet-smelling Cow cake. The rice flour is made from Nang Nhen rice which is known as the tastiest and most fragrant rice.
