Itinerary

7h30: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at hotels in Dong Hoi City, hotels in Phong Nha area, railway stations, airports, and Dong Hoi bus stations.

8h00: You will depart for Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park to visit Phong Nha Cave, known as “The First Wonder Cave”

09h00: You will cruise up the Son River, the cool river breeze blowing, the blue of the water, the green of the trees, of the villages spread along both banks create a peaceful, indescribably poetic feeling.

9:30: After about 30 minutes, the boat will take you to the entrance of Phong Nha cave, which is trapezoidal, about 10m high and 20-25m wide. You will visit Co Tien & Palace cave where there are countless shimmering, fanciful stalactites full of symbolism such as the Cham stupa, the Fairy, the illusory thread of heaven and earth, the mascot with a lion’s head, and a fish-shaped tail.

11h30: You will return to the marina and have lunch at the restaurant with local specialties.

13h00: You will Continue the journey to visit the Chay River – Dark Cave route.

13h30: You will participate in the well-invested and extremely modern Zipline service from the Chay River animal observation station to the front door of Dark Cave with a length of 400m across the river.

You will explore Dark Cave, both a water cave and a dry cave, discovered in 1990 with a length of nearly 6,000 m, 80m high, still retaining its wild and mysterious appearance due to no artificial lighting system. You will become a cave explorer with a head torch and specialized equipment to explore the underground river system, admiring thousands of stalactite columns with diverse and unique shapes. You will have an extremely enjoyable experience when having the opportunity to bathe in natural mud or swim through cool Thuy Tien Lake and Bong Lai Lake. Clothing is required when bathing in mud. Women: two-piece bikini – Men: swimming trunks.

You will kayak on the Chay River. You will feel the peaceful, romantic flow with clear jade-green water and majestic limestone mountains.
