We grow all vegetables, mushrooms, fish, chickens, prawns, etc. All the sauces here are made by ourselves, which are soy sauce, mushroom powder, oyster mushroom sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, spicy powders, etc. Halal and Organic ways will give you a great opportunity to enjoy super healthy food through your labor.
The program will begin by visiting an organic farm where you will learn different nutrition from different vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms, and how to use them for cooking and medicine as well as you can get hands-on to collect all your vegetables, mushroom, and fruits from organic farm to get a great feeling to be Vietnamese Farmer with traditional Vietnamese Hat.
We provide 2 options
Option 1: Full-day Halal Food
Full-day Halal Food program is a special one designed for people who like to discover Vietnamese Halal Cuisine instructed by the master chef in one day. You can collect whatever dishes in Vietnam and give them to us so that we will show you how to make nice halal food. Or we will give you 9 famous dishes chosen by us.
The class starts at 7:30 am and finishes around 5:00 pm.
Option 2: Half-day cooking class
The half-day cooking class is a special program for those who want to give the best souvenirs to friends and family by cooking some healthy Vietnamese Halal dishes for them. You will cook 4 dishes or more, and you can choose whatever you like in Vietnam and give them to us.
Half day Saigon Halal cooking class provides 3 options:
- Morning cooking class: 7:30 am -1:30 pm
- Afternoon cooking class: 11:30 am -5:30 pm
- Evening cooking class: 2:00 pm -8:30 pm
