Itinerary of 2 Days 1 Night Cat Tien National Park Tour: Boat Ride, Night Safari, Crocodile Lake
Day 1: Cat Tien National Park
12:30pm – After checking in the hotel, you have lunch at the beautiful on-site restaurant, then take a rest or enjoy the nice views from your balcony. You can rent a bicycle and take on the nature trails, learn more about nature and local life.
In the evening, you spend your time and going on a nice boat trip along the stunning Dong Nai River. It is a great chance to catch the romantic sunset and see local wildlife along the river bank. How about seeing civets, macaques, and swimming snakes?
6:00pm – We return to your hotel and take a rest.
7:00pm – At the on-site restaurant, you enjoy a delicious dinner and romantic sunset views.
12:00am – You and your guide join a night safari tour. Let’s come face to face with Cat Tien National Park’s nocturnal creatures!
Day 2: Cat Tien National Park
Explore the Crocodile Lake, home to endangered reptile and mammal species!
7:00am – You enjoy a complimentary breakfast to boost your energy.
8:00am – You meet the guide and start the journey to Crocodile Lake (5km via hiking, 9km on a jeep) where you can see Siamese Crocodile and the Andaman Water Monitor. They are both endangered reptiles and live in water. You might encounter the wild gaurs, a highly endangered mammal originally thought to be extinct 50 years ago if you’re lucky enough.
1:00pm – You are back to the hotel and take your time having lunch. It is time to say goodbye to your tour guide.
