Pickled cabbage (Dưa bắp cải)

White cabbage is a sweet and sour dish that is no strange to many families. Instead of cooking soup or stir-frying, you can do it this way.

Ingredients for Pickled cabbage

Cabbage: 300 gr

Chili (green, red): 2 fruits

Vinegar: 2 tbsp

Fish sauce: 2 tbsp

White sugar: 1 tbsp

How to make Pickled cabbage?

Cut cabbage into short pieces about 5cm, wash with clean water, drain. Chop chili, remove the seeds, put in a cup with 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, stir well. Add cabbage, mix well. Put the salted cabbage in the refrigerator cooler, overnight to serve with rice.
