Since 1955, the name Ngoc Suong was born and then became famous with its renewed unique seafood dishes in the coastal Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province. 4. Ut Ca Mau

Ut Ca Mau is one of the most famous seafood restaurant chains in Saigon. Ut Ca Mau has 2 restaurants, one is located in Dien Bien Phu Street, the other is located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street. The owner of this chain was born in Ca Mau Province which is the southernmost point in Vietnam. Crab farming has been growing in this province for over two decades. The owner would like to bring big and tasty crabs from his hometown to Ho Chi Minh City and serve Saigon people the greatest dishes from these crabs.

The restaurants specialize in dishes from crabs that are farmed in Ca Mau Province. The cooks at these restaurants have created lots of amazing recipes and you should not miss them. A fresh medium-sized crab costs about 90,000 VND, extra fees for cooking are from 30,000 to 50,000 VND/kg. For example, the extra fee for steaming crabs is 30,000 VND/kg, the extra fee for roasting crabs with black pepper, tamarind sauce/salted egg, salt or Bagua crab is 50,000 VND/kg. The signature of Ut Ca Mau is Bagua crab. To cook this food, they put crabs on a layer of unrefined salt in a clay pot, then cook until well-done. Other great foods include Crab soup which costs 28,000 VND, Crab cellophane noodles which costs 108,000 VND. You also should not miss Crab hot pot with fresh vegetables, the flavorful broth cooked from crab and coconut water. A hot pot costs only 68,000 VND, the price is not very high.

Besides crab dishes, Ut Ca Mau also serve hundreds of dishes from seafood, fish, chicken, beef, pork, snail, vegetables, fried rice, noodle soups, hot pot, canned and bottled beer, craft beer.

Other highlights of Ut Ca Mau include a spacious place, nicely decorated walls, and great services.
