To eat, you wrap grilled beef with rice noodles, letuce, herbs, sliced green banana, pickles, rice noodles in rice paper, then dip in a special sauce made from fish, pineapple, and secret spices.
3rd stop: Passing through Nguyen Thien Thuat buildings since the 1960s, you learn more about real Saigon life. It is like being were in the past because the buildings, restaurants, vendors, the park has not been changed for over 50 years.

Stopping at a Banh trang nuong stall, you learn to grill a banana girdle cake, break it in a funny way, and enjoy the crispy and smelling cake. We buy a glass of iced sugarcane juice after seeing how to extract the juice from sugarcane.
4th stop: After that, we head to one of the oldest apartment buildings – Ngo Gia Tu buildings on Su Van Hanh Street. This place is full of restaurants and food stalls.
