Built within 22 month and finished in April 2010, Vincom Center B is a modern glass-fronted skyscrappers. It was designed to optimize natural daylight and nice view of Chi Lang park. Vincom Center B is known as one of the greenest buildings in Vietnam at the time it was finished.

The construction has 26 floors above ground and 6 basements with a plot area of 7,371 m2. Shopping mall covers 3 basements and 2 floors above ground with a total floor area of 57,704 m2. Floors 5-20 are used for office leasing.
