Now I’m going to share with you 10 best Pho in Ho Chi Minh city, including long-standing Pho restaurants and new Pho chains. 1. Phở Dậu

In recent days, the Pho shop is one of the best places to eat Pho in the city. It’s spacious with old tables and chairs. 4. Phở Cao Vân
Address: 25 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The owner is Mr. Tran Van Phon, who is 90 years old, went South from the North to sell Pho on his Pho rolling cart. Phở Cao Vân was opened in 1952 and has been one of the best Pho in Saigon with its special recipe. There you can order a small bowl of egg to add into the Pho bowl.

Phở Tàu Bay is one of the oldest and most famous Pho in Saigon. The shop is located in a small alley but it’s always crowded. Most customers are middle-aged. Opened in 1954, Phở Tàu Bay has experienced many ups and downs throughout the years. Pho at this shop originated in Nam Định province (in North Vietnam). Previously, Phở Tàu Bay serve its Pho without veggies, bean sprouts, black soybean paste but red sauce, fish sauce, and lime. In recent days, returning customers will be surprised because there are veggies served with Pho. Two things that shouldn’t be missed to talk about Phở Tàu Bay are ceramic spoon and fat sauce. It has been said that it’s tastier to eat Pho with ceramic spoon.
7. Phở Kỳ Đồng – Pho with chicken

Dry Pho is a signature dish of Gia Lai province and it has been a favorite of Saigon people. Phở Hồng serves customers lightly cooked Pho noodles, ground pork, and fried onion in one bowl, and boiled beef (or beef tendon, beef brisket, beef ball), green onion, black pepper, and special broth in another bowl. You also have a plate of lightly cooked bean sprouts, salad and Asian basil to eat with the dry Pho.
