The owner is Mr. Tran Van Phon, who is 90 years old, went South from the North to sell Pho on his Pho rolling cart. Phở Cao Vân was opened in 1952 and has been one of the best Pho in Saigon with its special recipe. There you can order a small bowl of egg to add into the Pho bowl.

Opened in 1954, Phở Tàu Bay has experienced many ups and downs throughout the years. Pho at this shop originated in Nam Định province (in North Vietnam). Previously, Phở Tàu Bay serve its Pho without veggies, bean sprouts, black soybean paste but red sauce, fish sauce, and lime. In recent days, returning customers will be surprised because there are veggies served with Pho. Two things that shouldn’t be missed to talk about Phở Tàu Bay are ceramic spoon and fat sauce. It has been said that it’s tastier to eat Pho with ceramic spoon.
7. Phở Kỳ Đồng – Pho with chicken
