Rice Noodle Soup with Fish Pie in Danang

The broth is cooked from fish bone, fish head, pineapple, pickle, tomato and bamboo shoots for at least 5 hours. The broth must be clear, rich and hot. The noodle soup is topped with chewy fried or steamed fish pie and chopped green onion. The fish pie is made from only fresh fish, salt, black pepper without adding other kinds of meat or powder so that the pie is very flavorful. Bean sprouts, fresh herbs, pickle and salad couldn’t be missed to make the noodle soup not greasy. Dinner could add chili paste, fish sauce and macerated shrimp and fish paste at his wish.

To eat, you have to use chopsticks to tuck in the noodle, vegetable, pickle and fish pie. A spoon is used to eat the hot and comfortable broth. If you’ve eaten Pho or other kinds of noodle soup, you’ll find it easy to try this amazing dish.
