Saigon Centre Complex
Saigon Centre is a mixed-use complex in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, invested by Keppel Land Group, Toshin Development Co., Ltd, Sowatco Group, Resco Group. Completed in 1996, Phase 1 – Tower 1 of the complex consisted of a 25-storey building. Phase 2 comprising 5-story retail podium and a new 43-story building was started in 2011. On July 30, 2016, Takashimaya opened its first department store in Vietnam at the retail podium of Saigon Centre. Completed in 2017, the 43-story building, called Tower 1, was the fourth tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City and the tenth tallest building in Vietnam. Sedona Hotels operates 284 residential units at the complex. Saigon Centre provides over 46,000 m2 of office space on 10 floors in Tower 1 and 18 floors in Tower 2.

Takashimaya was founded in 1831 as a secondhand clothing and cotton fabric by a married couple. Since 1932, Takashimaya has been growing fast, opens many stores, then shopping centers around Japan. Today, they have 14 department stores in Japan, 4 stores in China, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
