Union Square (was Vincom Eden – Vincom Center A) is located at 53 Le Thanh Ton Street or 171 Dong Khoi Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Vincom Center A is surrounded by the top beautiful and luxurious streets of the city: Le Loi, Dong Khoi, Le Thanh Ton, Nguyen Hue.

History, building, architecture of Union Square

The construction of Vincom Center A was started in 2011 and Vingroup announced its grand opening on 10th October 2012. The building of Vincom Center A is a mix of charming French architecture and modern architecture. The complex has 6 basements and 9 floors above ground with a total floor area of approximately 91,000 m2. 3 basements with 25,000 m2 area were used for parking. The 5-star hotel has 300 rooms covering 5 highest floors was opened in 2013. Shopping mall spread over 3 basements and 4 floors above ground with 38,000 m2 floor area.

What is inside Union Square in Ho Chi Minh City?

Vincom Center A was also called Vincom Eden or Eden Mall. At this shopping mall, customers could experience the best services and use luxury facilities while shopping for electronics, clothes, accessories, enjoying their meal at high-class cafes and restaurants. There was no lack of international brands such as Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Hermes in this mall.

Two years after the grand opening, Vincom Center A was purchased by Van Thinh Phat Group and renamed as Union Square. At this time, the building of Union Square is closed for repairs and maintenance. Only a few stores on the lower floors are open. Visitors can see the building from outside, admire its architecture and take some great photos. In case they would like to find a mall in this area, they can take a short walk to Vincom Center B – Vincom Center Dong Khoi at 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
