Day 1: Saigon – Can Tho – Tra On – Cho Lach
Activities: Embark on Le Cochinchine, explore tropical fruit orchards on foot in the countryside, and then cruise to Cai Be
Morning
Our driver will pick you up from your Saigon hotel at 7:00 AM and transport you to the ship’s embarking.
10:30–11:00 AM: Arrival at the Can Tho dock; boarding a local boat to see the Cai Rang floating market, one of the most popular marketplaces in the aquatic area.
Le Cochinchine’s boat seals southward while being greeted with a welcoming beverage.
Afternoon
While traveling to Tra On, we will have lunch on board.
You’ll set out in the afternoon for a leisurely bike or foot ride along the trails bordered by vegetation. A few scheduled pauses let you see orchards, lush rice fields, and the daily lives of the locals up close.
On the Co Chien River after dark, return to the boat for some rest and relaxation. On the top deck, enjoy an aperitif and a foot massage.
You may try making Pumpkin flowers packed with That Lat fish and learn how to chop vegetables for dish decoration by taking a cookery lesson aboard the boat.
Evening
Near Cai Be, have dinner and spend the night aboard.

Day 2: Cho Lach – Cai Be – Saigon
Activities: Explore Cai Visit a handicraft shop, a floating market, and Mekong Lodge & River View Restaurant by boat.
Morning
A meal served on board. We will continue sailing to Cai Be. Upon arrival, take a sampan ride to visit Cai Be’s charming and bustling floating market.
After taking a tour through the beautiful foliage, stop at the villages and learn about the pop-corn, rice paper, rice alcohol, and coconut sweets produced there.
Visit a lavish traditional home, a former imperial home, where you may explore the exquisite interior and stroll around the yard full with fruit plants. You may now enjoy the tea together with a delectable taste of tropical fruits. The arroyos near Cai Be should be traversed.
Disembarkation at Cai Be is scheduled for 11:00 AM. The cruise ends.
