Day 1: Panorama River Cruise

In the morning, Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Saigon (District 1 and parts of District 3) and take you to Can Tho or Cai Be. You will board your wooden river tourist boat around noon. After a refreshing welcome drink, we will tell you about the onboard facilities. As lunch is served, the boat will begin cruising. You will get to watch the fantastic landscape and the daily life of the Mekong residents.

In the afternoon, you will disembark for a guided leisurely walk through a village and the surrounding fruit orchards or rice paddies. You will get to meet the friendly local residents and taste the fruits and local produce.

You will get back on board and enjoy a drink at the coffee bar or relax on deck as the sun sets over the magnificent water sight of the Mekong River. The boat will anchor for the night. The dinner will be served with. You will be overnight at your floating hotel in the Mekong Delta.

Day 2: Life on the water and floating markets

After a good night with the sound and fresh air of the river and get ready for another interesting day of sightseeing in the Mekong Delta. At 6.30 am the tourist boat will set off for a sunrise cruise. You will witness the local’s daily work drying exotic fruits and building ships on the wooden yards while eating an early breakfast.

After breakfast, we will board a sampan for Cai Rang Floating Market, the famous floating market of 3 ones in the Mekong Delta. On even dates, you will discover the small canals around Cai Be with a small sampan or on foot. You will be surprised to see the abundance of exotic fruits and vegetables. you will be able to pull up to the boats for talking and bargaining with the traders. We will also visit some of the local candy and cake-making workshops or boat through the green water scenery to see local houses, verdant orchards, and ship-building yards.

you will disembark the boat at around 11.00-11.30 am on the pier and enjoy lunch in town. You will sit back in the shuttle and watch the water landscape from a land perspective until you arrive Chau Doc and you will rest at a hotel. Depending on your money pocket, you will be able to choose the Victoria Hotel Nui Sam with a magnificent view or a family-managed local 2-star hotel in Chau Doc.

Day 3: Tra Su Mangrove Forest

In the morning, the guide will pick you up at the hotel and you drive to the nearby Tra Su forest preserve. This area is about 20 kilometers away from Chau Doc and covers an area of around 850 hectares. Here you will be able to find many styles of birds and other animals such as storks, bats, snakes, and turtles. Particularly interesting are the birds which can walk on water.

You will then take the tour through the floating habitats by motorboat, rowing boat, and on foot. From a high viewing platform, you will have a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains, the width of the mangrove forests, and the numerous birds.

We will then return to your hotel where you spend the night.

Day 4: Holiday paradise Phu Quoc

You will continue by car with a guide to Ha Tien on the Thailand Golf, near the border to Cambodia. Ha Tien only recently opened for tourism.

We will then move to the ferry to Phu Quoc Island, your holiday paradise with forest-fringed sandy beaches and very many recreation opportunities.

In the afternoon, you will reach Bai Vong Pier on Phu Quoc, then transfer to your hotel by shuttle bus.
