Case 45 of Coronavirus in Vietnam

On 13th March 2020, Ministry of Health of Vietnam confirms Case 45 of Coronavirus. He is a 25-year-old person who lives in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City and works at a company in District 1.

On 3rd March 2020, he had dinner with patient 34 and her husband in Binh Thuan Province.

On the next day, he and three people returned to Ho Chi Minh City on a private car.

Since 10th March 2020 when case 34 was confirmed, he has self-isolated.

On 12th March 2020, he had a sore throat and felt stuffy so that he went to the medical center of the district. He was taken to the field hospital in Cu Chi.

On 13th March 2020, he tested positive for Coronavirus.

He was in close contact with more than 27 people including 6 family members, 3 people in a seminary class, 9 neighbors, 5 colleges.
